Offering customers a choice of quality
In SOLAR ERDM customer experience translates into the development of high quality solar panels, made of a fully automated manner. With more than 30 MW of total annual capacity, our production facility offers flexibility with quality, which is designed to work with monocrystalline and polycrystalline 125mm or 156mm, with cells less than 180 microns thick and cells with two or three bars bus. Robotic systems in every critical step of the manufacturing process, human intervention is minimized to ensure quality. The production line is automated, enhanced for greater flexibility with a manual production line.

Personal experience in the manufacture of solar panels have developed processes in which solar panels are made that provide higher performance and long life. For the manufacture of solar panels is used only high quality materials and each component is inspected at each manufacturing process. For security and performance, the panels are also supported by international certifications (IEC 61215 and TUV Safety Class * II). Solar Panel Assembly
The whole assembly process is automated and controlled by computer. The cells received are tested through a visual inspection system to detect defects. Automatically defective cells are discarded before the settlement process of the panel. The cell lines tested are automatically arranged in the configuration required (tempered glass and EVA cut according to size) by robots to ensure adequate space between them. Another layer of EVA is followed by a lower deck of Tedlar ® and the entire panel is tested prior to lamination or encapsulation process.
After encapsulation, assembly in a season cut edges, set a foam tape around them and is part of the panel. These panels are subjected to stringent quality controls and high voltage tests. The performance of each module is verified in a laboratory that simulates sunlight and documented the panel before shipment.
